Do you want to play a key role as a Telecom Supervisor in challenging infrastructural telecom projects? For a leading organization in the Oss region, we are seeking an experienced professional responsible for the execution of fiber optic and coaxial networks. In this role, you ensure that projects run smoothly, from preparation to delivery. You manage technicians and subcontractors, monitor progress and quality, and serve as the main point of contact for both field teams and clients. What we expect from you
- Experience in the telecom sector, for example as an executor, work planner, or team leader.
- Education in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of fiber optic, coaxial, and/or infrastructure projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A hands-on mentality and the ability to coordinate projects efficiently.
- Possession of a category B driver’s license (and preferably VCA-VOL or willingness to obtain it).
- At least Dutch level B2.
