In this role, you will have responsibility for challenging projects within the lightrail and industrial infrastructure. Together with a committed and experienced team, you will work on challenging projects involving rail, tram, metro, and crane track infrastructure. In doing so, you make an important contribution to a safe, reliable, and sustainable living environment.
What will you do?
As a Lightrail & Industrial Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management of projects and the execution team on-site. You are the main point of contact for all stakeholders and ensure that tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Your tasks include:
- Leading project teams and serving as the point of contact on the work floor;
- Preparing, monitoring, and adjusting project schedules;
- Coordinating activities with work planners, project managers, foremen, craftsmen, machine operators, and suppliers;
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks related to execution, planning, and capacity;
- Ensuring safety, quality, progress, cost control, and project administration;
- Drafting reports and monitoring project outcomes;
- Maintaining contacts with clients, subcontractors, and other external parties;
- Contributing to the further growth and development of the project portfolio.
What we expect from you
Experience as a supervisor within the GWW sector, knowledge of UAV and UAV-GC contracts, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders form a strong foundation for success in this role.
In addition, you identify with the following points:
- You hold at least an MBO-4 diploma in a technical field;
- You have experience in operations within infrastructure or already have some experience in a similar role;
- You are also (financially) administratively skilled.
