About this vacancy
As an Environmental Soil Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing soil quality and preparing reports and advice. You work on various types of Wbb (Dutch Soil Protection Act) notifications and oversee projects from request to completion. You collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and innovative environment, where you can continuously grow and acquire specialized knowledge.
What will you do?
- Quickscans: Conduct quickscans to provide a reliable assessment of soil conditions.
- Historical & Exploratory Research: Evaluate and interpret research results to determine whether there is sufficient insight into soil quality.
- Wbb Notifications: Prepare clear and well-founded reports and advice for clients and authorities.
What we expect from you
✔ A completed education in Environmental Studies, Environmental Sciences, Land and Water Management, Earth Sciences, Geo-Information Science, Human Geography and Urban Planning, Biology, or a similar field. ✔ Experience with soil investigations and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations (preferred). ✔ Accuracy and analytical skills. ✔ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ✔ A proactive work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
