Embedded Software Engineer - Aerospace

About this vacancy
In particular, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in the development and maintenance of embedded software for aerospace applications
- Collaborating on the integration and validation of software with flight hardware
- Contributing to process improvement and the adoption of new technologies
- Supporting testing and integration activities (AIV) and flight operations
What we expect from you
- MSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- Experience in embedded software development
- Experience in creating embedded software in any language of the C family
- Knowledge of real-time operating systems (such as RTEMS or FreeRTOS) and/or operating systems designed for embedded applications (like any embedded Linux)
- Knowledge of typical embedded communication interfaces such as USART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, EtherCAT
- Italian C2
- Good knowledge of the English language
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract, and the gross annual salary (RAL) base provided will not be less than €30,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package, and at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL above the level mentioned above.
In alignment with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Additional details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with the company's policies.
