Embedded Software Engineer - Aerospace
For an important project in the Aerospace sector, we are looking for a Software Engineer with experience in the development of safety-critical embedded software.

About this vacancy
- Embedded real-time software development in C.
- Definition of software requirements and architectures.
- Software/hardware integration and testing activities.
- Support for certification according to aerospace standards.
- Analysis and resolution of technical issues during the development cycle.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Aeronautical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of C and the DO-178C standard.
- Experience with safety-critical systems (DAL A/B).
- Knowledge of ARINC429, CAN Bus, and software testing processes.
- Good knowledge of English.
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package, and at the end of the recruitment process, based on the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.
In accordance with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net per year, and annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with current company policies.
