The resource will work on complex high-reliability systems, contributing to the development, integration, and validation of innovative technological solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and development of analog and digital electronic systems Hardware/software integration on complex platforms
• Testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities
• Preparation of technical documentation
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (software, mechanics, systems)
• Support during system certification and qualification phases

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers
• Knowledge of simulation environments (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB)
• Experience in regulated environments or with high safety requirements
• Potential security clearance (or willingness to obtain one)

What we expect from you

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
• Previous experience (2+ years) in electronic design
• Knowledge of analog/digital circuits, PCB design, and laboratory tools
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards (preferably in the defense/aerospace sector)
• Italian language proficiency at C1 level
• Good command of the English language
• Willingness to work on-site

What you can expect from us

The position involves a permanent contract, and the basic gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the National Collective Labour Agreement for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, evaluating the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In accordance with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, respecting applicable company policies.
