About this vacancy

As an Engineer in Elektra LS/MS, you play a crucial role in the energy transition. You are responsible for designing and implementing regional electricity networks, primarily in residential areas. You translate plans into smart designs and ensure a smooth progression of technical details to permits.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing low- and medium-voltage networks, including network analyses and calculations according to applicable design guidelines.
  • Coordinating with internal and external parties, such as municipalities and permitting authorities.
  • Managing external investigations, including traffic and drilling plans, soil research, and ecological studies.
  • Monitoring the progress of projects in terms of technology, finances, quality, and planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines and agreements by all involved parties.

What we expect from you

  • A higher professional education (hbo) work and thinking level or at least a vocational education diploma (mbo level 4) in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering. For an mbo level 4 diploma, a minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Experience with IT systems such as AutoCAD, GIS, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations for electrical installations and BEI.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A valid VCA-VOL certificate and a driving license (category B).
  • A proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
