About this vacancy
- Management of preventive maintenance and monitoring of microservice environments
- Incident & Problem Management, root cause analysis, and escalation
- Management of deployments, rollbacks, and updates
- Preparation of technical documentation, reporting, and KPI analysis
What we expect from you
- Degree in computer science or related fields
- Experience in microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, cloud, and virtualization
- Expertise in monitoring/logging (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana), scripting (Bash/Python), Linux/Unix systems
- Incident/problem management, root cause analysis, deployment, and versioning (Git)
- Relational/non-relational databases, ITIL processes
- Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, front-end technologies, UX/UI
- Engineering standards for space missions
- Advanced system administration, shell scripting, HW/SW maintenance, PostgreSQL/Oracle, cloud, ILS
- Native Italian speaker, English B1+
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract, and the base annual gross remuneration (RAL) proposed will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to offering a competitive salary package, and at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level mentioned above. In alignment with our business model, the final package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and annual welfare credit.
