About this vacancy
As a Civil Technical Designer / Specification Writer, you work together with a project team to develop high-quality civil technical designs and specifications, translating our clients' needs into concrete solutions. You are responsible for:
✔️ Preparing RAW specifications and accompanying documents, such as the Health & Safety Plan and a ground balance.
✔️ Translating designs into contracts, ensuring technical content and accuracy.
✔️ Producing civil technical designs (Preliminary Design, Final Design, Detailed Design) and creating specification drawings in Civil 3D.
✔️ Critically evaluating design documents and ensuring the quality of project execution.
✔️ Actively contributing to a project team and collaborating with other specialists to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
What we expect from you
✔️ A completed vocational (mbo) or higher professional (hbo) education in Civil Engineering, Land and Water Management, Environmental Engineering, or a similar field. ✔️ Knowledge and experience in drafting and preparing RAW specifications and working with UAV-gc. ✔️ Strong affinity for designing public spaces and an eye for sustainability. ✔️ Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D. ✔️ Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively and clearly within a project team. ✔️ Experience in a similar role is a plus, but starters are also warmly invited to apply.
