As Defense Vehicle Mechanic, you perform maintenance and repairs on military vehicles and systems. In this role, you work with various types of systems. Your tasks include, among other things, detecting malfunctions and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in armored vehicles. This is what you'll do:

• Maintain and repair military vehicles and systems.
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as detect and repair malfunctions.
• Determine the most efficient way to execute modifications, repairs, and assignments on vehicles (or relevant systems) within the customer's or project's requirements.
• Propose potential solutions for modifications, material choices, or execution of tasks.

What we expect from you

• Completed MBO education in the field of Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in maintaining trucks, commercial vehicles, or agricultural machinery is a plus.
• Knowledge of measuring tools for current, voltage, and resistance measurements. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus.
