You will work with diverse datasets to identify trends, monitor performance, and deliver actionable recommendations that help stakeholders achieve their objectives. 

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and visualize data, translating complex information into clear and impactful reports and dashboards.

• Define data requirements, reporting needs, and analytical approaches based on business objectives and project requirements.
• Perform data extraction, exploration, and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support data-driven decision making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical tools to monitor business performance and support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct data quality checks, validate analytical outputs, troubleshoot data issues, and produce clear documentation to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting and analysis.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python and Microsoft Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in data analysis, KPI definition and monitoring, dashboard development, performance reporting, and business insights generation.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling concepts is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics platforms is considered a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Good oral and written communication skills, both in Italian and English

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €30,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
