About this vacancy
As a Control Engineer, you will focus on the design, modeling, and implementation of high-precision control strategies for complex mechatronic systems in high-tech, automotive, or industrial applications. You will operate at the intersection of mechanics, electronics, and software, translating system dynamics into robust and high-performance control solutions. In this role, you will work closely with system architects, mechanical designers, electronics engineers, and software developers to realize state-of-the-art motion and control systems.
Your Challenges
• Develop dynamic models of mechatronic systems using MATLAB/Simulink • Design and validate advanced control algorithms (PID, state-space, feedforward, observers, etc.)
• Perform system identification, stability analysis, and performance optimization
• Translate mechatronic architectures into scalable and robust control concepts
• Analyze vibration, resonance, and disturbance behavior in high-precision systems
• Support integration, testing, and validation of control software on hardware platforms
• Contribute to continuous improvement of control strategies and design methodologies
What we expect from you
Your Profile
• MSc or PhD in Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong background in precision motion control and system dynamics
• Proven experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation
• Knowledge of control theory (state-space control, frequency domain analysis, observer design)
• Experience with mechatronic system design and multidisciplinary engineering
• Familiarity with real-time control implementation is a strong plus
