About this vacancy
As a Control Technician, you are responsible for ensuring the continuous performance of a fully automated production line operating 24/7. You will play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving advanced automation systems.
You will work in a dynamic environment where technology, innovation, and teamwork are central.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Program, test, and optimize PLC control systems (including Siemens and Allen-Bradley)
- Work with industrial robots and vision systems that drive the production line
- Analyze and resolve malfunctions in PLCs, robotics, and vision applications
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation systems
- Collaborate with operators, maintenance technicians, and engineers to improve processes
- Document software modifications and technical changes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, quality, and efficiency
What we expect from you
- Completed MBO or HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or similar
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of robotics, vision systems, and industrial networks is considered a strong plus
- Willingness to work in a shift rotation
- Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Affinity with high-tech manufacturing and industrial automation
