About this vacancy
As a Contract Manager, you are the link between contract agreements and their implementation on the work floor. You translate theory into practice, ensure agreements are adhered to, and keep risks manageable. You are actively involved in multiple locations and travel weekly to various sites. Our client works on sustainable and reliable underground infrastructure in the Netherlands. With your expertise, you directly contribute to projects that truly matter. - You implement and safeguard contract agreements, translating them clearly into operations. - You maintain close contacts with clients, subcontractors, directors, and operational managers. - You are responsible for managing and analyzing contracts and contract changes. - You organize training sessions and workshops to strengthen contract knowledge within the organization. - You provide advice on process optimizations and assist in preventing and resolving disputes.
What we expect from you
• HBO or WO degree, preferably with a technical background. • At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the industry, or a strong affinity and eagerness to learn as a beginner in the field. • Familiarity with contract forms such as RAW, UAV, or UAV/GC, or a willingness to quickly master them. • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Dutch language). • You effortlessly switch between strategic and operational levels and work with precision.
