About this vacancy
As a Construction Preparation Engineer, you are responsible for the technical and organizational preparation of construction projects. You work closely with project managers, site managers, and external parties to ensure all construction processes are well-coordinated before execution begins. You create schedules, monitor budgets, review drawings and specifications, and manage procurement and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors. Thanks to your preparation, projects can be completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
What we expect from you
- Completed higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education in Architecture
- Experience or strong affinity with construction project preparation
- Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and execution methods
- You work in a structured, precise, and solution-oriented manner
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
