About this vacancy
As a Cleanroom Foreman / Trainer, you are responsible for leading and developing a team of Cleanroom Technicians in a high-tech environment. You ensure smooth daily operations while safeguarding quality, safety, and cleanroom standards.
In addition, you play a key role in training and coaching technicians, helping them grow their skills and maintain high performance in a precision-driven environment.
- Lead and coordinate daily cleanroom operations and technician activities;
- Train, coach, and onboard (new) Cleanroom Technicians;
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety, and quality standards;
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement;
- Support production planning and ensure efficient workflow execution;
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and escalations;
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize processes;
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization of work instructions.
What we expect from you
- MBO/HBO degree in a technical field or equivalent experience;
- Proven experience in a cleanroom or high-tech production environment;
- Experience in coaching, training, or leading a team is a plus;
- Strong understanding of cleanroom procedures and quality standards;
- Hands-on mentality with a structured and disciplined approach;
- Strong communication skills.
