Will you be our new Civil Engineering Project Leader?
As a Civil Engineering Project Leader at TMC, you are the pivotal figure in the realization of infrastructural projects, ranging from roads and hydraulic engineering works to complex urban developments. You ensure that projects are executed within the set timeframe, budget, and quality. Your tasks include:
- Leading project teams and coordinating tasks.
- Maintaining contact with clients, stakeholders, and other involved parties.
- Drafting and monitoring project schedules and budgets.
- Identifying and managing risks.
- Advising clients at a strategic level.
What we expect from you
What do we expect from you?
At TMC, we believe in the power of entrepreneurship and driven professionals. That's why we're looking for someone who meets the following characteristics:
- Proficiency in Dutch at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within civil engineering.
- Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Living in North Brabant or South Netherlands (or willingness to travel within this region).
