About this vacancy
As a Calculator / Work Preparator for Public Lighting, you are involved in public lighting (OV) projects from start to finish. You smoothly switch between calculation, planning, and preparation, ensuring a careful handover to execution. A versatile role with a lot of personal responsibility. What will you be doing?
- Preparing cost estimates and quotes for public lighting activities
- Studying specifications, drawings, and work descriptions
- Preparing the installation, replacement, and maintenance of public lighting
- Creating work schedules and coordinating materials, equipment, and personnel
- Identifying and advising on additional or reduced work
- Ensuring accurate project administration and handover
What we expect from you
- MBO+/HBO thinking level, preferably in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or infrastructure
- Experience as a cost estimator and/or work planner, ideally within public transport
- Technical insight and knowledge of calculation and planning activities
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Structured, precise, and proactive work attitude
- Skilled in Excel, calculation software, and/or ERP systems
