C# Software Engineer

About this vacancy

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong skills in C# to support the development of scalable, high-performing, and user-oriented software solutions in high-performance engineering contexts. In this role, you will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of applications based on Microsoft technologies, with a focus on C#, .NET/.NET Core, and modern architectures.

You will work on the entire software lifecycle: requirements analysis, back-end development, integration with APIs and databases, front-end implementation, testing, debugging, and release in structured environments. 

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure code quality, performance, application security, and the evolutionary continuity of the solutions developed. 

What we expect from you

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• Experience of 3-5 years in the development of complex applications.
• Experience in development with C#, .NET/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core. 
• Knowledge of web architectures, REST API, microservices, and system integration. 
• Experience with Entity Framework, SQL Server or other relational databases. 
• Front-end skills with Angular, React or Vue.js, as well as TypeScript, HTML and CSS. 
• Familiarity with Git, code review practices, testing, and clean code principles. 
• Strong analytical skills, operational autonomy, and a proactive attitude in engaging with technical and functional stakeholders. 
• Excellent command of both Italian and English.
• Strong motivation for TMC's Employeneurship model

The following are considered a plus:

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Microsoft Azure cloud environments, or containerization.
• Willingness to travel and relocate.

What you can expect from us

The position includes a permanent employment contract and a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €32,000, in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package. At the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final RAL higher than the amount mentioned above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes:

• a component of profit-sharing on the project;
• an individual annual budget for training and professional development amounting to €4,000 net;
• an annual welfare credit.

Additional details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with applicable company policies.
