We are establishing a regional unit to get closer to our customers, build long-term partnerships, and strengthen our capacity to solve technical challenges with engineers who want to drive development forward.

The role is suitable for someone with experience in business development, building customer relationships, and leading teams in technology or consulting operations, and who now wants to take full responsibility for business, delivery, and growth.

What the role involves:

• You are responsible for establishing and developing TMC's operations.
• You develop customer relationships within the region's key industries.
• You lead and coordinate technical teams in customer assignments and development initiatives.
• You work to create long-term customer collaborations and recurring business.
• You establish a strong local presence with the support of TMC's global model and network.
• You combine business development with a close focus on delivery and customer value.

• Have experience in business development, sales, or customer responsibility in B2B environments
• Understand the interplay between business, technology, and delivery
• Have an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
• Enjoy building operations, relationships, and new opportunities
• Build trust with customers and partners
• Take responsibility and drive initiatives from idea to result
• Experience from consulting or service companies is an advantage, especially in roles close to technical deliveries
