About this vacancy
We are strengthening TMC Stockholm and are looking for a Business Manager with full business responsibility. In this role, you drive the business from the first contact to long-term collaboration and work closely with employeneurs to ensure the right project, the right client, and sustainable development. With us, there is a clear sales process, clear goals, and high expectations. Within that framework, you have significant autonomy. We don't dictate how you work – we care about what you deliver.
What we expect from you
This is a role for someone who: • Methodically and strategically drives B2B sales over the long term • Takes responsibility all the way: prospect → deal → delivery → relationship • Builds trust at the decision-making level • Works closely with employeneurs and ensures the project aligns with both business and career goals. • Takes full responsibility for your team – including development and recruitment • Drives yourself without the need for micromanagement • Enjoys building rather than maintaining • Has an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset • Experience from consulting or professional services companies is advantageous, especially in roles close to complex customer deliveries
