About this vacancy
We established ourselves in Västerås in February 2026 and have since experienced strong growth, quickly building a stable presence in the market. Now we continue our expansion and strengthen TMC Västerås with an additional Business Manager who wants to take part in driving the next step in our growth journey.
In this role, you manage the business from the first contact to long-term collaboration and work closely with employeneurs to ensure the right projects, the right clients, and sustainable development.
With us, there is a clear sales process, defined goals, and high expectations. Within this framework, you have significant authority. We don’t dictate how you work — we care about what you deliver.
What we expect from you
This is a role for you who:
• Drive B2B sales methodically and with a long-term perspective
• Take responsibility all the way: prospect → deal → delivery → relationship
• Build trust at the decision-making level - Work closely with employeneurs and ensure that the project aligns with both business and career goals. Fully responsible for your team – including development and recruitment
• Drive yourself without the need for micromanagement
• Thrive in building rather than managing
• Have an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
• Experience from consulting or professional services companies is a merit, especially in roles close to complex client deliveries. We strongly prefer that you have a solid local network.
• We assume that you are fluent in both Swedish and English in speech and writing
