Business Manager

About this vacancy

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities: **Business Development** - Create and develop your own business unit - Develop and manage your own client portfolio **Recruitment** - Identify and recruit engineers to join your team - Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to find the best talents for TMC **People Management** - Manage your team of consultants (career management, monitoring, and coaching) - Financial Management - Manage the budget and costs related to contract negotiations and salary proposals

What we expect from you

• Master’s degree in engineering disciplines Interest in business, consulting, and people management
• You are fluent in Italian and English
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are dynamic, and have the ability to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team, with a strong sense of challenge
• You are organized and proactive in both commercial management and operational management
