About this vacancy
We are strengthening TMC Automotive and are looking for a Business Manager with full business responsibility. In this role, you drive the business from the first contact to long-term collaboration, working closely with employeneurs to ensure the right projects, the right clients, and sustainable development.
With us, there is a clear sales process, clear goals, and high expectations. Within that framework, you have significant autonomy.
We don’t dictate how you work – we care about what you deliver.
What we expect from you
This is a role for you who:
- Drive B2B sales methodically and with a long-term approach
- Take full responsibility from start to finish: prospect → deal → delivery → relationship
- Build trust at decision-making levels – Work closely with employeneurs and ensure that the project aligns with both business and career goals. Take full responsibility for your team – including development and recruitment
- Drive yourself without the need for micromanagement
- Thrive in building rather than maintaining
- Have an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
- Experience from consulting or professional services companies is an advantage, particularly in roles close to complex customer deliveries
- We assume that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both speaking and writing
