About this vacancy
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities: **Business Development** - Develop and consolidate your business unit by identifying and enhancing new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects. - Understand clients' needs, negotiate solutions, and propose high value-added consulting services. - Participate in the preparation and presentation of commercial offers. **Recruitment** - Build and grow your team of consultants by identifying profiles that best match the objectives of your business unit. - Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, select, and hire the best talent in the market. **Management** - Manage and expand your client portfolio by building strong and long-lasting relationships. - Manage and empower team resources by supporting their professional growth through monitoring, coaching, and continuous development activities. - Handle budgets and costs related to contractual negotiations and salary proposals.
What we expect from you
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, scientific paths or equivalent qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, or as a technical consultant in consultancy
- Interest in business, consultancy, and people management
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are dynamic, and capable of working independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team, with a strong sense of challenge
- You are organized and proactive both in commercial and operational management
- You speak fluent Italian and English
What you can expect from us
The position includes a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) base will not be less than €35,000, along with a performance-based bonus, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL exceeding the level mentioned above.
