Business Manager

About this vacancy

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Business development
• Creating and developing your own business unit
• Developing and managing your own client portfolio
• Recruitment Identifying and recruiting engineers who will join your team
• Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to find the best talents for TMC
• People management Managing your team of consultants (career management, monitoring, and coaching)
• Financial management
• Managing the budget and costs related to contract negotiations and salary proposals

What we expect from you

• Master's degree in engineering, economics, or scientific disciplines
• Interest in business, consultancy, and people management
• You speak fluent Italian and English
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are dynamic, and have the ability to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team, with a strong sense of challenge
• You are organized and proactive in both commercial management and operational management

What you can expect from us

The position includes a permanent contract, and the gross annual compensation (RAL) base offered will not be less than €28,000, in line with what is stipulated by the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, by evaluating the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL exceeding the above-mentioned level.
