About this vacancy
As a business manager at TMC, you build your own team of employeneurs who work on the development and optimization of innovative products and processes in areas such as machine building and the high-tech industry. The main tasks of a business manager are:
- Approaching and selecting the right people for your own team;
- Maintaining customer relationships and building new ones;
- Collaborating with clients on technical projects and assessing which team members can execute them;
- Guiding your team members. We strive to be a good and impactful employer for as many people as possible.
What we expect from you
- You have completed a (technical) education and have HBO+ working/thinking level;
- You are naturally curious, eager to dig deep during discussions, and you place people at the center;
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English;
- You are interested in the technical sector;
- You have experience in recruitment and/or sales.
