About this vacancy
As a business manager at TMC, you build your own team of employeneurs who work on the development and optimization of innovative products and processes in areas such as machine engineering and the high-tech industry. The main tasks of a business manager are: · Approaching and selecting the right people for your team; · Maintaining client relationships and building new ones; · Consulting with clients about technical assignments and assessing which team members are suitable to carry them out; · Guiding your team members. We aim to be a good and influential employer for as many people as possible.
What we expect from you
· You have completed a (technical) education and demonstrate HBO+ working/thinking level. · You are naturally curious, eager to uncover every detail in conversations, and place people at the center of your focus. · You are proficient in both Dutch and English. · You are drawn to the technical sector. · You have experience in recruitment and/or sales.
