About this vacancy
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities: Business Development Creating and developing your own business unit Developing and managing your own client portfolio Recruitment Identifying and recruiting engineers who will join your team Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to find the best talent for TMC People Management Managing your team of consultants (career management, monitoring, and coaching) Financial Management Managing the budget and costs related to contract negotiations and salary proposals
What we expect from you
Master's degree in engineering, economics, and scientific disciplines Interest in business, consulting, and people management You speak Italian and English fluently You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are dynamic, and can work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team, with a strong sense of challenge You are an organized and proactive person both in commercial management and operational management
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract, and the gross annual salary (RAL) base offered will not be less than €28,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and at the end of the selection process, evaluating the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above.
