Imagine this: it’s Monday. During the day, you’re working on a challenging project for a client in the energy sector. You analyze their business processes and use your knowledge of BPMN and requirements engineering to gain control of their digital transformation. In the afternoon, you have a quick call with a colleague who’s encountering a problem in their assignment. Thanks to your experience with data governance and process design, you’re able to help them move forward quickly. That’s the power of collaboration within our Business, IT & Data cell: sharing knowledge, strengthening one another. Then on Thursday, it’s time for the quarterly meeting. Together with your colleagues from the cell, you discuss progress. What’s going well? Where do opportunities lie? Over some snacks and drinks, the best ideas emerge for further developing our cell. Meanwhile, you don’t feel like an external consultant, but truly part of a close-knit team that’s growing and building together. A week earlier, you were at our office for a training session. You chose for yourself: would it be BISL? Agile? DAMA DM-BOK? Or perhaps a BCS Business Analysis certification? It’s your training budget – you decide where you want to grow. What does your work look like? - You analyze business processes and translate them into concrete improvement opportunities; - You gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear User Stories and Use Cases; - You work with models like BPMN and use tools to visualize processes; - You implement solutions that have a direct impact on our clients; - You support your colleagues by sharing your knowledge and brainstorming together on complex challenges; - You actively participate in our Business, IT, and Data cell, including our quarterly meetings, training sessions, and other events.
What we expect from you
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- A natural ability to switch between Business and IT.
- Entrepreneurship and curiosity: you always look for the ‘why’ behind a problem.
- Strong communication skills and analytical ability.
- Experience with process modeling, requirements engineering, and Agile methodologies.
