About this vacancy
As a Construction Plan Developer at TMC, you are involved in construction projects from the very first idea. You translate market demands, location analyses, and ambitions into feasible, profitable, and technically sound plans. You work on residential and utility projects and act as the connecting link between design, engineering, costs, and feasibility. In this role, you closely collaborate with architects, structural designers, cost experts, project managers, and external stakeholders.
What we expect from you
- Completed higher professional or university degree in Architecture
- Experience or demonstrable affinity with project development
- Insight into feasibility, costs, planning, and risks
- Knowledge of the construction process and the various project phases
- You can effectively combine technical and financial aspects
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and analytical work attitude
- Minimum C1 or C2 level Dutch language proficiency
