About this vacancy
As a Construction Estimator at TMC Civil Engineering and Architecture, you prepare estimates and budgets for residential, commercial, and renovation projects.
You analyze drawings, models, and specifications, determine quantities, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. You contribute ideas about construction methods, phasing, and alternatives, while providing insight into financial opportunities and risks.
Within tender and project teams, you make an important contribution to viable proposals and ensure a smooth transfer to project preparation and execution.
What we expect from you
· A completed MBO-4 or HBO degree in Architecture, Built Environment, or Construction Business Administration
· At least 2 years of experience in estimation, cost expertise, or project preparation within construction
· Experience with quantities, budgets, quotations, and price comparisons
· Good knowledge of Excel; experience with IBIS-TRAD, Bluebeam, or similar software is an advantage
· Technical insight, numerical aptitude, and a commercially aware attitude
· You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
What you can expect from us
· An open and transparent secondment model with insight into your hourly rate, costs, and profit-sharing
· An indefinite employment contract
· A salary ranging from € 3,500 to € 6,200 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience
· Additionally, a profit-sharing bonus that can reach up to 50%
· A personal training budget of € 2,200 per year for coaching and studies

· The opportunity to realize entrepreneurial ideas within our Entrepreneurial Lab
