About this vacancy

The person will work in support of clients, technical specialists, Pre-Sales, and Project Managers, operating on hardware and software systems intended for television studios and video distribution platforms via CDN, satellite, and digital terrestrial.

• Support clients, technical specialists, Pre-Sales, and Project Managers in managing activities and reporting on performed interventions. 
• Contribute to the design of video solutions and architectures for new and existing customers, providing technical consulting on digital television systems and content distribution. 
• Install, configure, test, and maintain broadcast systems, hardware components, software, and accessory equipment. 
• Diagnose anomalies and provide technical support for video systems, progressively entering the on-call service once full operational autonomy is achieved. 
• Collaborate with international suppliers, participating in online courses and seminars to deepen knowledge of portfolio technologies and solutions. 
• Participate in technical meetings with prospects, clients, and partners, contributing to needs analysis and solution definition. 

What we expect from you

• Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields, with a strong passion for video technology.
• Experience in the Broadcast or Telco sector and knowledge of major professional video workflows and systems.
• Good knowledge of digital television, DVB standards, and OTT distribution methods.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux workstation technologies.
• Knowledge of virtualized environments and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems in the broadcast video domain.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with international clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Availability for short business trips within the national territory, approximately 10% of the time, and future participation in the on-call service.
• Availability for business trips and relocations will be considered a plus.
• Strong motivation to embrace TMC's Employeneurship model.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract and a basic Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of no less than €34,000, in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package. At the end of the selection process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final RAL higher than the amount mentioned above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes:

• a component of profit participation in the project;
• an individual annual budget for training and professional development amounting to €4,000 net;
• an annual welfare credit.
