Your challenge

As a Bioprocess Technician, you will be involved in various steps within the production process of biological vaccines. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that products are manufactured according to the highest quality and safety standards.

You work with live cells, biological raw materials, and advanced equipment in a controlled cleanroom environment. In doing so, you play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and the continuity of production.

No day is the same. You will learn to master different processes and grow into an all-round operator who can be flexibly deployed across multiple production steps.

What will you do?

• Perform production activities within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Work in cleanrooms according to strict quality and safety guidelines.
• Prepare, cultivate, process, and harvest biological materials.
• Fill, package, freeze, and store products.
• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Accurately document activities in accordance with GMP guidelines.
• Identify and report deviations or technical malfunctions.
• Support cleaning, setup, and preparation activities.
• Actively contribute to improvements in processes and procedures.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to achieve production goals.

What we expect from you

What do you bring?

• A completed MBO 3, MBO 4, or HBO education in the field of Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Process Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or similar.
• Or relevant work experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnological, food, or other regulated production environments.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language.
• Experience with GMP, cleanrooms, aseptic work, or biological processes is a strong plus.
• A precise and quality-oriented work attitude.
