About this vacancy
As a BIM Coordinator, you play a central role in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing BIM workflows within various infrastructure and civil projects. You: - Establish clear working agreements and ensure they are disseminated within the project team. - Ensure that aspect models can be utilized optimally for multidisciplinary BIM coordination. - Identify interfaces, bottlenecks, and issues related to design, planning, construction methods, and buildability. - Review submitted models for information and data quality and ensure adherence to BIM agreements. - Develop an integrated 3D coordination model and facilitate clear communication to designers, modelers, planners, and specialists. - Serve as the primary point of contact for BIM coordination within the project. Together with BIM directors, design teams, and specialists, you contribute to further professionalizing digital construction. The projects have a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and future-proof building. There is active engagement in circular design, emission-free construction, sustainable energy solutions, and climate-adaptive measures. You work within a professional, informal, and collaboration-oriented culture where connection is key. Projects here are not just built; they are crafted together.
What we expect from you
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a BIM Modeler or BIM Coordinator.
- Experience with Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Up-to-date knowledge of BIM and ICT.
- Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- You excel at connecting internal and external parties at an operational level.
- You are aware of the latest developments in BIM and can translate them into daily practice.
