About this vacancy

As a BIM Coordinator, you play a central role in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing BIM work processes in various infrastructure and civil projects. You:

establish the appropriate working agreements and ensure these are communicated within the project team;
ensure aspect models can be optimally utilized for multidisciplinary BIM coordination;
identify interfaces, bottlenecks, and issues in design, planning, execution methods, and feasibility;
validate submitted models for information and data quality and ensure compliance with BIM agreements;
create an integrated 3D coordination model and provide clear communication to designers, modelers, work planners, and experts;
serve as the primary point of contact for BIM coordination within the project.

Together with BIM managers, design teams, and specialists, you contribute to the further professionalization of digital construction.

The projects strongly focus on sustainability, innovation, and future-proof construction. Active efforts are made towards circular design, emission-free construction, sustainable energy solutions, and climate-adaptive measures.

What we expect from you

A completed higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education in a technical field.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a BIM Modeler or BIM Coordinator.
Experience with Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
Up-to-date knowledge of BIM and ICT.
Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
You are skilled at connecting internal and external parties at an operational level.
You are familiar with the latest developments in BIM and know how to translate them into daily practice.
