About this vacancy
A good construction project starts with models that are not only accurate but also seamlessly integrated. As a BIM Coordinator Construction at TMC Civil Engineering and Architecture, you ensure this cohesion.
You oversee the architectural and technical installation models, identify bottlenecks early, and safeguard quality throughout the entire project. You organize clash controls and model reviews, ensuring that BIM agreements are clear and adhered to.
You connect designers, modelers, consultants, and execution teams.
You translate technical findings into concrete actions and help project teams work smarter digitally. In doing so, you prevent surprises during execution and actively contribute to further professionalizing BIM processes and standards.
What we expect from you
· A completed bachelor's degree in Architecture, Built Environment or a comparable technical field.
· At least 3 years of experience with BIM modeling and/or BIM coordination in construction projects.
· Extensive experience with Revit and coordination software such as Solibri or Navisworks.
· Knowledge of IFC, BCF, BIM protocols, and delivery specifications; knowledge of ISO 19650 is a plus.
· Experience with clash detection sessions, model checks, and multidisciplinary coordination.
· A coaching, precise, and communicatively strong working method.
· You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing.
What you can expect from us

· A salary of € 4,000 - € 6,000 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience
· Additionally, a profit sharing that can go up to 50%
