About this vacancy

Mission Context

As part of our activities with one of our automotive sector partners based in the Mons region, we are looking for a Quality Manager.

Within an industrial production site, you will act as a quality reference and support operational teams in maintaining quality standards, site performance, and the continuous improvement of processes. You will work closely with production, support functions, clients, and suppliers to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the site's quality management system and ensure compliance with automotive industry requirements.
  • Support production teams in resolving daily quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and monitor quality indicators.
  • Coordinate internal, customer, and certification audits and oversee related action plans.
  • Lead the continuous improvement approach and foster a quality culture at all levels of the organization.
  • Participate in industrial projects and organizational changes by integrating quality requirements from the outset.
  • Manage and develop the site’s quality teams. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and
  • Maintenance teams to improve the plant's overall performance. Contribute to adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and promote safety best practices within the teams.

What we expect from you

Desired Profile

  • Higher education such as Engineer or Master’s degree with a technical focus.
  • Proven experience in a Quality role within an industrial environment, ideally automotive.
  • Experience in team management and cross-functional leadership of a production site.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive sector quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
  • Experience with internal audits, client audits, and certification body audits. Awareness of continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and structured problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both on-site and at a strategic level.
  • Proficient level of professional French and English.
