Automotive Project Manager

About this vacancy

• Follow the complete project development, starting from business definition to start of production
• Define and monitor the project masterplan, considering cost-time-quality targets
• Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate and manage cross-functional team meetings 
• Define and implement best practices to improve project feasibility 
• Support identification and resolution of anomaly root causes 

What we expect from you

• MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on vehicle engineering 
• Good technical background and engineering approach to issues and analysis 
• Previous experience in a similar role and/or technical role in high-standard industries will be considered a plus 
• 2+ years of professional experience 
• Availability for occasional short business trips  
• Good proficiency in MS Office for reporting activities 
• Native/bilingual Italian language proficiency, Professional English language required 

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €35.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
