Automation Engineer

About this vacancy

The resource will be responsible for developing automation software for various systems based on the scope of application.

The role will involve:

• Developing and configuring PLC software;
• Designing the control architecture in collaboration with the mechanical and electrical teams;
• Integrating HMI and SCADA systems for plant supervision;
• Ensuring compliance with standards across different sectors;
• Collaborating with validation and quality teams for drafting technical documentation.

What we expect from you

• Ambition to drive your own career path using the employeneurship model
• Master's Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics or equivalent title;
• Previous experience in PLC programming for automatic machines;
• Knowledge of Siemens environments;
• Strong teamwork skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving attitude;
• Good knowledge of the English language

What you can expect from us

The position includes a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) base will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, can propose a final RAL above the level indicated above.

In accordance with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with current company policies.
