About this vacancy
You will join a team of 12 dedicated specialists with expertise in materials science, analytical chemistry, and pharmaceutical investigations. Together, we support a broad portfolio of projects ranging from routine analytical support to complex, high-impact technical investigations.

What we expect from you
As an Associate Scientist, you will contribute directly to scientific investigations and support key business-critical projects.
You will:
- Conduct hands-on laboratory investigations using advanced material characterization techniques such as SEM-EDX, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, optical microscopy, tensile testing, compression testing, and X-ray inspection.
- Lead and support investigations related to extraneous matter, packaging materials, and product quality issues.
- Generate reliable scientific data and translate findings into clear, actionable conclusions.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation that support decision-making across global teams.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Analytical Sciences, Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical Operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and efficient execution of laboratory activities within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a hands-on scientist who combines strong analytical skills with curiosity and a proactive mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Physical Chemistry, or a related field.
- Several years of hands-on laboratory experience in an analytical, pharmaceutical, or materials science environment.
- Experience with material characterization and analytical techniques.
- Strong technical writing and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
