Will you be our new Project Leader?
As a Project Leader in Structural Engineering at TMC, you will be pivotal in realizing diverse construction projects, ranging from residential and utility buildings to complex inner-city redevelopment. You ensure that projects are delivered within the stipulated time, budget, and quality standards. Your tasks include:
- Managing project teams and coordinating all structural engineering activities.
- Maintaining contact with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Drafting and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and contractual agreements.
- Identifying, analyzing, and managing risks throughout the entire project.
- Advising clients on a tactical and strategic level regarding design, execution, and processes.
What we expect from you
What do we expect from you? At TMC, we believe in the power of entrepreneurship and driven professionals. Therefore, we are looking for someone who meets the following criteria: - Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written. - A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Construction Engineering. - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a construction-related environment. - Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset. - Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with various stakeholders. - Strong communication skills, both spoken and written. - Residency in North Brabant.
