About this vacancy

Our client is looking for a Senior Analog IC Designer to strengthen its R&D team in the development of advanced automotive semiconductor solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and verification of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, covering the full development cycle from requirements and architecture definition to silicon validation and product qualification.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, applying your expertise in analog circuit design, device physics, reliability, EMC/ESD, and IC verification. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools such as Cadence and Spectre, a strong understanding of IC development processes, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a collaborative environment.

This opportunity is particularly suited to experienced Analog IC Designers who are passionate about delivering high-quality semiconductor products for demanding, real-world applications.

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in analog IC design, with a strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools such as Cadence, Spectre, and related simulation environments.
  • Knowledge of topics such as mismatch, yield, device physics, reliability, ESD, and EMC.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with layout, verification, and system engineers throughout the development cycle.
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a team-oriented environment.

Experience in automotive semiconductors or communication protocols such as CAN and LIN is considered a plus.

Candidates must be willing to move/live in The Netherlands.
