Your responsibilities

• AIV Planning: plan and coordinate the activities of integration, verification, and testing of complex systems and subsystems.
• Verification & Validation: define and maintain V&V strategies, plans, and procedures, ensuring the coverage of system requirements.
• Test Documentation: draft and update test plans, test procedures, and test reports at system and subsystem levels.
• Test Execution: independently execute functional tests and qualification campaigns on engineering models, flat-sats, and HW/SW test benches.
• Environmental Testing: support Functional Testing, Electrical Bonding and Isolation, Vibration Testing, and Thermal Vacuum Testing activities.
• Requirements Verification: contribute to the definition, management, and verification of system requirements, ensuring their traceability.
• System Integration: collaborate with multidisciplinary teams responsible for hardware, software, operations, and integration.
• Test Results Analysis: analyze the results of test campaigns, manage potential anomalies, and support the operational validation of the system.

What we expect from you

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in integration, verification, validation, and testing activities for complex systems, preferably in the space or aeronautical sector.
• Familiarity with ECSS and/or NASA standards.
• Experience in independently defining test plans, test procedures, and test reports.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of Functional Testing, Electrical Bonding and Isolation, Vibration Testing, and Thermal Vacuum Testing (TVAC).
• Hands-on experience with engineering models, flat-sat, or test bench HW/SW.
• Good knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and requirements verification processes.
• Knowledge of main data bus architectures and protocols.
• Familiarity with requirement management tools, such as DOORS or Jama.
• Knowledge of MATLAB, Python, and Linux.
• Italian C1/C2 and fluent English, spoken and written.

What you can expect from us

The position entails a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €33,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, by evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL exceeding the level mentioned above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an individual budget for skills development amounting to €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in compliance with current company policies.
