About this vacancy
In the role of AIT Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and management of AIT Plan, Flow, WBS, WPD, and Schedule
- Coordination of resources and integration and test activities
- Monitoring progress, costs, ETC/EAC, and reporting
- Managing AIT documentation (Procedures, IRR, TRR, PTR, Dashboard)
- Supporting project reviews, environmental campaigns, and launch activities
- Managing quality, risks, and corrective actions
- Coordination of procurement and test facilities
What we expect from you
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent - At least 5 years of experience in space AIT - Knowledge of satellites, integration, testing, and space documentation - Experience in team coordination and activity planning - Knowledge of quality processes and operations in a Clean Room - Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills - Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Project Control tools - Italian C2, fluent English - Availability for missions, shifts, and long-term campaigns.
What you can expect from us
The position includes a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €38,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and, upon completing the selection process while evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, it may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an annual budget of €4,000 net for skill development, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, respecting the company's policies.
