About this vacancy
The resource will be responsible for the design and management of complex aeronautical systems (hydraulic, electro-hydraulic), following the entire development cycle: from requirements and architecture definition to qualification, testing, and production support, interacting with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
What we expect from you
- Master's Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience >2 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of design principles
- Preferred knowledge of aeronautical regulations
- Basic knowledge of GD&T, CAD software, and simulation tools is appreciated
- Fluent in English
- Availability for short trips
What you can expect from us
The position entails a permanent contract and the basic gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the National Collective Agreement for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, evaluating the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above. In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill growth of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with current company policies.
