What we expect from you
• Master's degree or PhD in Aeronautical Engineering • 0-2 years of experience • Knowledge of flight dynamics • Knowledge of modeling and simulation of aerospace systems and multibody system dynamics • Good knowledge of Matlab and Simulink • Native Italian speaker, fluent in English
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract and a gross annual salary (RAL) starting from €28,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to proposing a competitive compensation package, and at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, may offer a final RAL higher than the above-mentioned level. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development amounting to €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit.
