What we expect from you

• Master's Degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering

• 0-2 years of experience

• Knowledge of flight dynamics

• Familiarity with modeling and simulation of aerospace systems and multibody system dynamics

• Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink

• Italian C2, English B2

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €28,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to proposing a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In accordance with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a direct profit-sharing component, an individual growth budget of €4,000 net per year, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with the company's policies.
