About this vacancy
As an Area Development Advisor at **TMC Civiele Techniek B.V.**, you work on urban and infrastructural projects where civil engineering, spatial planning, and administrative processes intersect. You provide advice on area planning, execution, and management, ensuring optimal alignment between the client, stakeholders, and project team. Your tasks may include: - Advising on civil engineering and infrastructural aspects within area development. - Coordinating input from designers, engineers, and project teams. - Liaising with municipalities, developers, managers, and advisors. - Drafting visions, execution plans, and policy documents. - Identifying risks and opportunities for project optimization. - Contributing ideas for sustainable, innovative, and future-proof solutions.
What we expect from you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Dutch at C1/C2 level.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Spatial Planning, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in area development, project consultancy, or spatial planning.
- Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to balance interests and translate them into project teams.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
