As a young graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience by working on an exciting project at one of our clients. You'll be part of a dynamic team, tackling real-world challenges while developing your technical and professional skills. Training & Courses
Throughout the year, you’ll have access to a variety of training sessions and courses designed to support both your personal and professional growth. We focus on developing essential soft skills, such as communication, presentation skills, personal leadership, effective negotiations, sales skills, and problem-solving, helping you develop a well-rounded skill set. Young Graduate Challenge
Project Ofrutti
To put your skills to the test, you’ll take part in the Young Graduate Challenge. This unique experience allows you to collaborate with fellow graduates, solve complex problems, and showcase your creativity and innovation. During this challenge, small groups of junior engineers are working on a real life solution. In the Ofrutti project, Leo, amongst others, are working on a project in Senegal to produce dried mangoes. They are responsible for the whole process, from receiving them, to cutting them, to treating them and drying. Find out everything about their challenge in this video.
