A traineeship is a journey where you work and learn at the same time within a company. You develop both your professional and personal skills through training, mentoring and practical experience. Together in a group consisting of approximately 8 trainees, each trainee has his/her own project at a client, but meet several times for training and intervision sessions. Furthermore, you will receive personal guidance from a mentor (an experienced employeneur, who is happy to offer guidance to those starting out in the job market)
For a traineeship, you usually need a completed college or university education. In addition, you will go through an application process that may include several interviews and personality tests
Graduate college or university degree, in the direction of the desired traineeship. Furthermore, we are looking for motivated, inquisitive and enthusiastic professional who is eager to continue learning.
The salary for a traineeship varies, but is on average between €2900 and €3400 gross per month, depending on (relevant) work experience and highest level of education. Furthermore, you will enjoy further secondary benefits, such as a fully catered traineeship program (worth €3200,- per year), travel allowance, vacation allowance, etc.

Regular twice a year, this will be in the months of April and October.
The TMC traineeship lasts a total of 3 years. During the first two years the training is fixed. After this you can choose how you want to spend your 3rd year.
